I visited the store today to exchange a pair of headphones ?, I didn?t have my receipt but did have my banking proof of purchase. The young lady who served me was so helpful & her customer service was of the highest standard.
Equally another member of staff assisted with the swift collection of my new pair which I appreciated too . I would definitely recommend this store , it was well manned, well stocked & clean too?.

Very helpful staff. I was buying a 15kg bag of dried dog food. The assistant was soooo helpful and asked if I wanted it carried out to the car. I was so grateful for this as have a frozen shoulder. THANKS VERY MUCH ?

Very friendly staff. Nearly always empty of customers so no queues or waiting.Very large store (probably too large considering its location, lack of customers and nothing to fill the massive floor space).Not had any stock limitations so far. They have even carried my heavier goods out to the car.

Layout of the store (during Covid) is confusing and unclear. Having headed the wrong way at first, then joined the only obvious queue (made of galvanised outdoor fencing for some reason) I was approached by an abrupt young man who rudely ascertained what I was trying to do, and indicated a poorly marked second area for pre-paid collection. remaining service was unremarkable and in future I shall travel to other stores with more helpful staff.

I explaained exactly what l wanted to purchase and staff members showed me the item l needed. Very helpful but unfortunately it was NOT what l had explained and did not do what l was told it would.

customer service was shocking we ordered bunk beds and the delivery man gave us an extra box by mistake so instead of just wasting it my husband kindly took it back into the Portlethen store (which is our nearest store) to be told they were not going to take it and we should arrange to get it returned ourselves even though it was their mistake and we went out our way to return it to them. They were very rude! Not Impressed!

Iâ??m not normally an Argos shopper & was confused how the system worked! I came in & was approached by a young girl; Megan, with the brightest smile on her face! She showed me how to work the tablets, sadly my product was out of stock that I wanted to buy, however Megan was very kind and got it delivered to my house for free! Excellent service, I will definitely be back to this store.

Products are already broken before being sold, i.e. alarm clock with missing battery cover. I had to make a special journey to take this back and when I complained, the shop assistant just looked at me blankly without saying a word, I didnâ??t even get an appology. Companies like argos complain about loosing money and then having to close down, no wonder customers donâ??t come back when they are treated poorly.

Utter shambles. Reserved 2 toilet seats which were available several hours later. Went to collect and was asked 3 times for my email address. Then waited 15 mins for the reserved items to be handed over. One toilet seat had been opened and re-sealed with brown tape - presumably returned.
