He was happy to help and and very patient when I couldn’t get the stylus to work when signing.\\n This is a great service Royal Mail provides if you are out when you’ve arranged for a parcel to be delivered. It’s free and you collect from their office at your own convenience. \\nAlternatively, on a date of your choice, they will either redeliver to the original address, to another local address or to your local Post Office, again for free. Can’t say fairer than that.”
