Not good ? Had a trolly full but no tills open! Forced to use self checkout but there's not enough space! Absolutely ridiculous.Poor guy maning the self checkouts rushed off his feet!

Very poor shopping experience at this Aldi store. Stopped shopping here altogether since they started forcing their customers to use their awful self-service machines, which everyone hates using. They have 6 regular manned tills but the management has chosen to keep these closed most of the time - what's the point of having 6 tills if they're always closed? It's a farce and you're taking customers for a laugh. All shopping now done at Sainsbury's. Rather pay a bit more for a whole lot better shopping experience. Get your staff back on the tills and use your 6 tills. Everyone hates the way this store is being managed and you're losing a lot of business as a result.

Extremely disappointed by the rudeness of some staff and on complaining about one member to a ?manager ? he was definitely not trained in customer service , hence I was insulted even further. The self checkout has caused so much hassle to customers half the machines don?t work it?s now a very uncomfortable experience shopping there

Staff can be rude and unhelpful. Especially at the self service I?ve seen a few people who I know from Renfrew who have special needs trying to use the self service and staff are very short with them. If this was my relative they were speaking to like that I would definitely be intervening. I, myself have experienced bad customer service from grumpy staff. Hate to say it but if ur not happy at ur job do us all a favour and find a new one - whoever the guy managing the self service today 28/10/23 at 2pm he needs a serious chatting to by senior management

Had a flight to Scotland & back to Birmingham Airport very good, flight had taken 45 minutes each way. comfortable, good staff on flight both journeys. we'll done.
