I'd like to thank Lisa and the staff at boots for helping me today. The other chemist just said sorry they don't have it, where as Lisa listened to me and took the time to try her best to help my uncle and so close to closing time too. Thank you Lisa ? my uncle got his medication and won't be in any pain tonight. Thank you so much for being so kind.

Honestly such a bad experience time and time again always say prescription isn't there and blame the Dr surgery yet the Dr surgery confirm it is ! The staff are rude and not helpful at all with the situation that happens so often ! Sorry your prescription isn't here blah blah only for it to be found a while later !!
