They told me over a year ago they would accept me and they would get in touch with me when it was possible to get a appointment still haven't heard anything despite me constantly enquiring and then being told they have no record of my original acceptance

Today was my first checking in appointment and a big shout out to Dr Mowlawi who made my first visit to the dentist very chilled and relaxing after not attending a dentist for 6 years.Also Carol at reception, so kind, friendly and patient while helping getting myself and family registered.What a great first experience!

My young son was told by omid when he started at the practice that he needed 2 extractions I found this very odd as did a second opinion from another dentist in the practice as they were both baby teeth and would come out on there own in a month and sure enough they did.On another occasion I was 10min early for my appointment I waited and watched people who had appointments after me get taken than after in total 50 mins I gave up and walked out in anger and didn't return for a good year at least then at my last visit to get a sarcastic comment about when I had left it so long to come back... it's not the same as it used to be all different staff.In reference to your comment below that I got seen... em actually no i didn't I sat ignored in the waiting room and utterly disgusted about it, there are im sure many Mr Wilson's that visit the practice are your know me without knowing my nhs chi # d.o.b. etc details on this review I was taken and all the other Mr Wilson's have been taken on time?? You state i was taken 2min early?? rubbish !! Given as i stated you do not have any of my nhs infotmation showing on this review..the practice used to be run with a warm friendly atmosphere sadly the staff that achieved it are no longer at the practice .... all the great reviews are from years before the ownership changed to Omid.... its no longer about people its about unnecessary work to make profit especially the horror advertisement of screw in teeth drilled into jawbone on the waiting room screen and drab look of the room..... if in doubt look at there pictures.... hammer house of horror?

My first appointment as a new patient today went very well whole team were so nice and really made me feel at ease. Totally pain free throughout even the initial injection omid was brilliant and has made me feel less anxious about next time thankyou again.

Been going to see Omid for a couple of years now and what can I say? He is a gentleman, talks you through the procedure and makes you feel at ease. Had to have a filling recently and from injection to drilling, never felt a thing! Reception staff are warm and friendly too, five stars aren't enough!!

dentist exceeding my expectations by far compare to my previous dentist. reception is very efficient and helpful. calls are answered straight away. my new dentist omid is excellent but not easy to find appointment with him. no fear for dental treatment anymore .

10 of 10I was very nervous about my root treatment after having bad experience with my previous dentist" the dreadful and the pain root treatment " which ended up losing the tooth .Omid is excellent, honestly I could sleep in the chair , I did not feel anything from the magical injection to finish ,it has been a week since I had the treatment done and 100 % success , a big thanks to reception for bringing my appointment forward.

"No pain All gainThis practice is offering everything my previous dentist didn't.Reception is very quick and helpful, if your call is miss it will be returned within 15 minutes , they will charge if you miss your appointment, fair enough as my previous dentist did so.Roslin offers a peaceful, relaxing and professional environment .My previous dentist was very loud and used to yell patients name meters away from her room without respecting confidentiality and privacy ,she was more interested in private chat with the nurse and patients than dental treatment needed and as a result I lost a few teeth.in contrary Omid is always on time,efficient and very professional ,explains from A to Z ( putting mind at ease )well done
