Wednesday 28 February. Practice closed from 12.30 PM to 15.30 PM for Staff Training. I assume this will be a regular event. Could the training not be done before or after normal hours or on a Saturday morning ?. Don't you think patients are inconvenienced enough without inconveniencing them more. ?. No mention of this closure on the Practice website.

It?s with more sadness than anger that I write this review. My daughter called the surgery this morning, with what she now knows, could have potentially been a medical emergency. She was told to call back tomorrow and the receptionist put the phone down. As a Health Care professional, I recognised her symptoms and helped organise care myself. Absolutely unacceptable. While I have always found the GPs approachable and supportive, their professionalism and care is let down by a few of the ?gatekeepers.? Very unprofessional approach which could negatively influence patient outcomes..

Having moved to the village from the City, I have used the Practise with the baby a few times in the last few months, requiring it once myself, I have found it excellent.Friendly efficient phone triage for appointments. Then very patient, friendly and knowledgeable GPs. Feel lucky to live here with this GP practice.

I appreciate the NHS has its struggles but this is unquestionably the worst practice I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with

Two rude GPs, one didn't even ask if there was anything else before suddenly hanging up on me and did not help me at all with my medical problem, so knowing myself and my body, I think it's going to get worse. He didn't take into consideration my concerns and preferences at all. This was regarding my sleep problems. Thank you for nothing. The rest of the staff is lovely.

Bit of a farce in here! Since Covid restrictions were lifted (a lonnnnnng time ago I binned my masks) I?ve always entered the practise without a mask on and never had any bother. I?m also allergic to medical masks so haven?t worn them since said allergy started. The receptionist on this occasion shunned me into a side room, which was absolutely FREEZING, she said she had vulnerabilities in the waiting area. I?m sure the guidance was 2 meters apart? I would have been WELL more than 2 meters from this old lady and anyone else if id sat across the room from her. Masks are a personal choice to protect YOU. I was left feeling embarrassed because other patients were looking over and listening to what the receptionist did to me. Very unprofessional, I?ve been in many times without a mask AS have other people and never seen this happen to anyone. Will be taking this up with the practise manager. The dr I saw Natalie Jackson was also very rude and blunt with me I?m not sure if this was the case due to a mask or not but I felt very uncomfortable

Absolutely useless. The best advice they can give you by phone is 'wait next 3 weeks and see if sickness will develop'.You're calling exactly at 8:30, waiting 20 minutes to learn from them that they don't have more appointments free. And obviously, they will do everything possible not to allow you to see GP. I do not recommend!

On holiday locally, called in today for advice regarding husband's very swollen & infected toe..extremely helpful & friendly receptionist arranged f2f appointment with Dr Dale, who quickly diagnosed problem & gave prescription for antibiotics which we were able to obtain immediately..huge relief as we continue our journey tomorrow. Huge thanks to all at this lovely surgery, a credit to the community and our wonderful NHS...Thank you so much.

As an American expat, my expectations of what primary care should be like here were very different. I was registered at a practice in Loanhead and the treatment was horrible. Poor follow up, uninterested Dr?s, rude staff and I could go in and on. A friend suggested Roslin practice. It?s like night and day compared to my old practice. The Dr?s actually examine you, listen to you, treat you with respect and provide excellent timely follow up. The staff is lovely and I feel so relieved I am now getting competent care. Thank you!
