It's sad to say but the standard of counter service in the chemist is the worse I've ever seen, the girls seem to be seriously overworked, with the delivery service and it's negavitly impacting the quality of the counter sevice I'm a local man that's used the chemist all my life and our family have been picking up medacition for over 35 yrs every month and have noticed the drop in quality service in the chemist, since covid, the management must take the responsibility to bring back the high quality severice Roslin pharmacy was always known for friendly helpfull staff, it's seems profit trumps sevice it's the nearist chemist \\\"my local\\\" to me please get more girls in for the counter service and you'll be back to the chemist we all love and adore yours worryingly Dee, dee

Best Pharmacy that I can recall even before Covid. Handed in my first prescription today and only had to wait no more than 15 minutes. Just might be moving house from Arniston/Gorebridge for a superb service ?. Everyone knew exactly what the other was doing, a big well done.

Waited outside in the rain for 15 minutes. As there was 4 people inside and sign say max 3.Gave up . There was 4 others outside too. Last time I will use them
