Barry, rude, rubbish service. Wanted the till used the wrong way round. Wouldn?t wait for back to go down and because of the stupid plastic guards it stopped me being able to load the bag properly.Was on a phone or something.Wouldn?t give time, impatient.Items on shelves that were out of date.The store has more space for booze than anything else. Multipack of pepperamis? Nope. Prosecco? Hell yeah, plenty!

Certain rude, incompetent and slow employees, far more interested in conversations than helping customers at tills. Was asked to stop with my request whilst the employee helped another customer who was already being served. Raised her hand to my face and asked me to HOLD please. Absolutely unprofessional.

Staff chatting to eachother whilst serving and ignoring the customer. Wasn't spoken to at all except when I was told the balance and then to remove my card and even then the girl seemed to have an attitude. Poor customer service.

I am very impressed with the staff in Sainsburys Rosyth tonight, enforcing lockdown rules by offering masks to 2 girls who werent wearing masks and keeping everyone safe in their stores. Definately would recommend and i will be back in their store. Top Effort!

First time in a Sainsbury?s shop (Rosyth) and definitely the last.
2 bad experiences in the less than 10 minutes I was in the shop.
Rude customers shop here. Signs and distancing marked out for COVID for shoppers but nothing for Argos Click and Collect customers.
At the till waiting on Argos collection and a rude old man begins unloading his shopping at the till but has the cheek to ask the shop assistant ?you going to get HER (as in me) to stand 2m away? when 1, I was there first waiting for my order and 2 not even speaking to me directly. So if you want to shop with individuals like this then shop here, you?ll not be disappointed.
Lots of people collecting for Argos but not knowing where to queue so staff members getting the Argos products out the back didn?t know who was next in line for collection understandably. But then when you point out that you are next in line, other staff members get an attitude with YOU because ?that?s not where the queue is? but there is no ?queue? anywhere for Argos as people were standing all over the place. Will 100% not be back.
