Despite stating on the website, that the store and pharmacy are open from 9am - 5:30pm, the whole shop was closed today. This has also happened before, when they couldn't serve me at the pharmacy due to the pharmacist being on her lunch break. Too bad if you need to pick up a prescription or need medical advise.

I had only just bought an item when I realised it had passed the expiry date. There were no in-date items of the same type so I was offered two smaller items of the same type or a refund which I took.
