Hi went in today to book an appointment to have front and rear dashcam fitted which has to b done online.after I explained to Jamie I wasn't sure how to go about it.he took the time and helped me through the process way above and beyond ?. He is a credit to halfords and I will now b a regular customer thanks to Jamie. Ten out of ten for customer service.

I have just taken delivery of my new e-bike, and the staff at Halfords, Shawfield, Glasgow could not have been more helpful. A particular thanks to Andrew who went out of his way to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase . . It is refreshing to still get good old fashioned service from such a large company.

Popped in to buy engine oil, which was the best price on offer when compared against other competitors online. I was served on the counter by Jamie, who confirmed that the oil I was buying was the right one for my car. He also helped me to save an extra £5 by checking the records for my existing membership account, which I wouldn't have thought to mention otherwise. Jamie's efforts to go the extra mile were really appreciated. Thank you!

I Went Halfords Rutherglen for my Hyundai car tracking Amazing service from? Staff.Liza was very nice and polite.Manager Graham explained me everything about car tracking also thanks to his colleague who done the work. Definitely go back there again ?.

I arrived at the store at 17.32 to collect an order of 2 bike tyres. The employee at the front cash desk directed me to the bike desk at the back of the store. The employee there was engaged with a customer selling a bike and a multitude of add-ons, and I was made to wait for 28 minutes before he condescended to had me my order. There was no apology, and no attempt to ask for another assistant to help this waiting customer. As I left the store the employee at the front desk was hanging about with nothing to do. This visit was an example of appalling customer service.

Hi I took my great grand daughter's bike to Halfords in Rutherglen, Glasgow,for a service,I dropped it off on Saturday the 16th of September and it was ready for collection on Monday the 18th.This was a free service;bronze; and I cannot tell you how pleased I've been with all aspects of my dealings with this company.I have been kept informed of the progress,throughout and the staff have been,professional,courteou,pleasant and extremely helpful even helped put the bicycle into the back of my car.I would have no qualms about recommending this free service,as you will,like myself,feel confident about the safety of your child,when out on their bicycle.Betty Sweeney.

Horrendous customer service. Slow and busy in their own world.Had to wait 40 minutes just to buy cable connectors.Don?t go unless you don?t mind waiting for ages.
