Ordered food driver couldn't find adress so they've took the food back to resteraunt and kept the money I rang just eat and they told me unlucky haha I can't believe they can get away with this

JustEat website states it delivers to the G73 postcode area ( Rutherglen ) tried ordering food and apparently they don't deliver to that area ( weird ) so I called up to let them know the confusion and to find out if it's a mistake.
Phonecall went something like:
Colleague "Hello?"
Me "hello is that Kfc?"
Collegue "yeah"
I then went on to explain the issue and the response was
Collegue "aw I don't know, here's my manager"
Manager then came in the phone ( sounded about 16 ) couldn't give me a straight answer and kept stumbling over his words. He then said he asked a driver and the driver said its to do with the distance. I said..
"I live in Rutherglen...G73 postcode"
Manager "aw I don't know what to tell you"
I then decided that I was dealing with someone who didn't have a clue on how to speak on the phone professionally so decide the end the conversation.
Perhaps Kfc should make sure all info on the just eat website is correct and perhaps employing more experiences staff and managers and train them to have better customer service skills

I am beyond disgusted at what I received tonight when I ordered from this kfc from the just eat app. Ordered a bucket and all was fine when we received it, until we started eating the chicken to see that the chicken drumsticks were raw inside and not cooked properly, Iâ??ve never been so disgusted in my life. The chicken could have still had a heart beat, what Iâ??m more disgusted by is the fact that Iâ??m pregnant if I didnâ??t notice I could have ended up with food poisining or worse something happeneing to my unborn child due to uncooked food! DISGUSTING!!

I was in this evening to order for 17 people (youth worker). The manager and the staff were very helpful and keen to offer suggestions on what would be best to order. Very happy with the service and the young people were very happy with the food!! Thanks!!
