I had locked my keys in with my sister's baby in my car and hebsaid he was 19 minutes away which was exactly when he managed to get there for which was also crucial as I was locked out with a 4 year old and we had to keep busy and warm. He was fast at getting us in the car and really kind on the phone and reassuring. Couldn't recommend more!

Could not have been any more happier with the service I received, my van locked itself with my keys and my phone inside managed to borrow a phone and call this company I was so stressed and annoyed but within 20-30 mins he was there and got my van unlocked at a reasonable price on Sunday evening thanks again for your assistance

Many thanks to Erol at APECs Locks South Queensferry. We decided to upgrade our door locks after a spate of burglaries around the town. With standard cylinder locks it seems it?s quite simple to snap from the outside to gain access into the property- you might as well leave the door unlocked!!Erol explained and demonstrated the difference between a standard cylinder lock and a 3* APEC?s lock. We now feel we have peace of mind about anyone attempting to gain access into our house.A fast straight forward no messing service from Erol- 5 stars.

Great experience with Erol at Apex Locksmith?s! After our back door jammed locked Erol came out and had it open and working again in seconds. He then came back and replaced the old non compliant lock with an APECS British Standard ?burglar proof? lock and mechanism. A fast, efficient and very professional service with everything tidied up before he left. Great job!!
