Great location,room had views of the Bridge and within walking distance of South Queensferry, rooms a bit tired but clean, nice staff.

Very friendly and kind staff in this hotel great little team here no problems with them. Rooms are a little tired could use updating but super clean. Carpark very small for size and vending machine doesnt work. Great stay you wont be
