Stopped here to collect a pre ordered cake for our grans 90th birthday - it was beautifully made and there ready and waiting for us to pick up on the way to the party. Made the whole thing really easy.

The store now desperately needs good management ? only one member of staff on the self serve and none on the check outs! With a trolley full of food, a ?sensitive? self serve, and only one very harassed member of staff to deal with everyone, I found the most recent shopping experience dreadful.?

I was let down by the flower delivery service who told me night before that they could only deliver 2 days after the date agreed. The whole gesture was ruinedAs s visitor to St Andrews I tried to call the local shop to see if they had flowers . Initually I was dealt with by computerised customer services who couldn't help there was no one in the store to help so I got centralised customer services who couldn't help either.A local person in st andrews should give been able to help .I have been totally let down and the occasion spoiled by the lack of a bouquet.computerised and then told there's was no one

Sometimes a lot of products out of stock and they keep moving things so sometimes difficult to find what you need.

Dangerous place to go into because of the great selection of lovely food. Very tempting to buy too much nice stuff. Recommended

Usual excellent selection of M&S food.

Quality of food still declining and attitude of management quite appalling. Ripe and ready to eat does not mean what you might think so take care of fruit. Oh and watch for mouldy vegetables. Best check the ready meals have not started to rot as well. In fact Aldi is not far away.

Onions covered in mould two days after purchase. Grubs on broccoli, cooked meat not properly sealed, sticky bottles of fresh orange juice. Tall male ?manager? exceptionally rude when discussing the problem. Interrupting as what he has to say is far more important than the customers view.

Broccoli ? came with free grubs! Not the type one might get in a vegetable patch in a garden or farm fields but the type one might find on rotten meat. Cooked chicken packet not sealed properly so we can?t risk eating that. When in store yesterday I tried to buy freshly squeezed orange juice I found all the bottles dripping with sticky juice. Clearly a bottle of Juice had leaked at some point during storage and transit. The bottles simply needed cleaning. I approached a nearby young staff member who lied to me by telling me that all of the bottles come in that state. I had not noticed that, but I have only been buying from M & S as an adult for 40 years so what so I know? I spoke to the manager next. She took my details to pass to head office but warned me that head office were unlikely to reply. Did I mention the more than an hour long telephone call to M & S? Mostly on hold.

Massive M&s food store situated next to Premier Inn. Great for anyone staying here that has a family and doesn't want to pay £9 for breakfast. Not too far from town centre and Aldi's just across the road from it.

Used to be good for gluten free but now very disappointing! Basic things like savoury flans and sponge puddings not available. Used to like M&S for food, no more! Coelics have to eat too!
