Walked in and up to the counter. One of those situations where the staff seem like you’re going to mug them - hiding round a corner, peering over as if they’re unsure why they’re even there. Engaged one with strong eye contact and managed to force a smile out of them. Win. Next, onto the order.First world problem...

best pret, super clean, all the staff are so so nice. there is not always seating available, esp. on weekday afternoons during term time, but that's to be expected. even when it's crazy busy they still manage to make the drinks super fast and you don't have to wait at the counter for someone.
