Ordered a prescription from Dr Nalagatla's surgery on Wednesday, it went through but still haven't got it. If you collect from the 24 hour bank then they sometimes say "and error has occurred" and you've to collect it from the pharmacy but when asked why, no-one seems to know.

The girls are extremly helpful and always go above and beyond for patients even during the busiest times without fuss.Front desk girls always have a smile on their face and a friendly attitude even when dealing with challenging situations.There is no better pharmacy in Stepps and would recommend to everyone

Staff are so friendly and willing to go above & beyond for you! Witnessed them delivering first aid to an elderly patient who'd fallen, helping patients out with extremely bulky prescriptions to their car!They even have to tolerate abuse from patients thanks to GP misinformation, and just plain old entitlement!Keep up the...
