“Just spoke with Christine the store manager in Stirling. What a lovely lady, so helpful and pleasant. I spoke to about 20 different branches today trying to source a specific toy for my niece. Christine was one of only two people I spoke with that took my name and number as there was deliveries being made today. Sadly, we cannot get the item yet but Christine said she would be back in touch if the stock arrived. Brilliant customer service.”

It seems like the quality at the low end shops has gone up, and the quality at the more high end shops has gone down.
