Atrocious communication. Zero attempt to reach out to keep customer informed with progress of vehicle. Had to chase up incessantly for information, like getting blood from a stone. Promise of call backs not delivered, assurances of completion of work by agreed dates not achieved. Inability to effectively communicate between garage and manufacturer and insolent attitude when pressed for simple vehicle diagnosis to be passed forward to manufacturer to grant courtesy car. Without vehicle for 3 months in total. Won?t be back to Arnold Clark Citroen in Stirling ever. Do not recommend!

Louise from servicing has been excellent and attentive during our service process.Unfortunately we booked our car in for service and recalls but only servicing done and due to the amount of time for a round trip to the garage, as it?s one of two in Scotland now for DS, we had to wait another few days for recalls to be done as there wasn?t any point wasting money on more required trips.After trying to get a hold of the service department from Tuesday to Thursday, and leaving multiple messages with reception and sales advisers, a senior service adviser responded on Friday and told us the car was going in on Saturday morning for the recalls which were done.I was slightly disappointed that on two occasions we asked for the service manager to call us back to discuss the options available to us as we had no response from the service department and this was not done, and when the service manager finally did call us back it was to discuss our service review which shows to us that they only respond when a bad review is given.These three stars are for Louise who has been great from start to finish and I would give more however given the circumstances it?s not been great experience.I think more time needs to be taken by the management team both for the Dealership and the Service Department to look at calls waiting to be returned by both themself and their team.In the future, although we do have a service plan, we will look at other garages for servicing and not continue to use this DS retailer, and it is a shame as I was looking at trading in my current vehicle and upgrading to a larger model but after this I don?t feel it suitable to enquire further about this.

After service is very poor. Had to wait 4 months for a warranty repair to be completed. Avoid Arnold Clark at all costs.

Avoid them like the plaque, not capable to fix a water ingress from the sunroof in a DS7 for more than 1 year, and still won't refund what you paid, just giving you excuses. Thieves

Oh dear what started out so well has developed a tale of woe. First of all let me complement your reception staff on their courtesy and professionalism, after that the after sales service goes drastically down hill. My Dacia Sandero Stepway reg SK19SJR was booked in for a FREE walk in service on Friday 27/07/23 at 10.30am. This was because, when I purchased the vehicle from Stirling Dacia, George the salesman could not have been more helpful, a pre-collection service was not carried out, which I only discovered when the contact dealer/change oil filter light came on. Your service booking team were excellent in booking the only available short notice slot available, which was at your Citroen branch not the Dacia branch. What we didn't realise was that the service was a full service and so we were within the branch for 6hrs. That said one salesman, Stephen, who was attentive throughout, offered to get us transport to Stirling town centre and I admit my wife rejected this, she was in a wheelchair and along with other thins has Vascular Dementia but we were grateful that the service and MOT were being carried out. All was well and good until, on the way home I noticed that the warning light for service/oilchange was still on. I rang and was told that I should get in touch with Dacia Stirling which I proceeded to do and in short order John Molloy the Aftersales Manager rang back and it was decided that If he sent an email with instructions to remove the light I would do it myself; unfortunately it didn't work. I emailed him back and today at 09.01 prompt I received his email this morning, stating that the vehicle needed to be checked but they were now booking w/c 21st August. I have today tried twice to contact your branch once at 10.15 and again at 11.40 and each time was told someone would ring back. What I would like to know is, why the light was not cancelled as it should have been, and more importantly "was the oil changed and filter replaced?". As I live in Auchterarder coupled with the fact that my wife has serious dementia, and also have an old dog with chronic liver disease, I cannot keep coming to Stirling without making important, sometimes difficult contingency arrangements as neither my wife or dog can be left alone. Your reception and sales staff are courteous, and professional, but it seems those further up the chain are not so. Note after collection it would have been 5 stars but subsequent lack of response relegate it to two. Urgent attention required please.Stephen Brooker
