It is actually a really good store; big and has lots of daily stuff.The prices are competitive and in some cases because the brands are perhaps not as well known (or heavily promoted) are cheaper than in other stores. Personally, I love the range of sweets they stock. Especially ones from the past.But I mainly buy the long term stuff such as detergents, tea, coffee, packet wrapped biscuits for the Saturday morning club tea table.B&M is worth a look.

The staff are so helpful and well mannerd, the shop is spotless and bright ,so much to look at ,something for everyone, plenty of household goods and gardening, could spend a good hour or more here

Spacious in all the wrong places... the entrance with food section is awful, there is no real space to shop - it is the entrance of the store where everyone is needing past with trolleys. If you stop to look at something you will be in someones way. For such a large store the entrance makes the place feel very small and uninviting, the store needs to be less focused on forcing people over to one side past all the cheap impulse buy tat and make the shopping experience a bit better. B and M planners need to re look at this store, it must be one of their biggest stores in the UK, yet they force every customer to that bottom right corner of the store in order to get to where they are actually going... why?

Store was an absolute nightmare to navigate with a wheelchair and wheelchair trolley too much in middle isle making It impossible to turn or get in to adjacent Isles won't be back

Why has there been for months an awful whining noise that is coming from the doors heading to outside garden area. You can hear it all round the store. Numerous people have complained and nothing done. Will not be back as feeling ill every time have been at store. Actually makes you feel nauseous.
