FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS. My wedding is later this year and I was driving by this charity shop and saw a beautiful display with wedding dresses. RUSHED IN, tried the dress on and I immediately burst out in tears as it was the one! The amazing staff (I am so sorry I don't remember your names I was so teary eyed and happy) made it feel so special and it was a lovely moment to share with my sister in law and nana in law. Thank you so much such great finds in there and lovely and such supportive kind staff!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Bought a watch for £19.95. When I got it home I found it didn't work.I returned it to the shop for a refund. I was very rudely refused by the manager and was told I had exceeded the return date by two days. I tried to explain my consumer rights applied to charity shops and I was entitled to a refund for faulty goods purchased. Find a more caring charity to support.

Amazing. Lots of lovely, great quality second hand stuff at very reasonable prices. Shop beautifully laid out and staff very friendly and helpful.

I was sat watching Scotland Tonight and peed myself with laughter when they where on about strokes and getting help. I had a stroke 4 yrs ago. And I the last I had any help from anyone was when they brought my Stool and toilet frame. I've never received any kind of help from anyone. But why should anyone help me
