My husband was treating me to a new engagement ring and after looking at the beautiful window display I had saw a couple that I liked, however along came Vishnu who threw a curveball by showing me another one, which was absolutely beautiful and the one we decided on. Vishnu was absolutely fantastic, he made you feel comfortable and there was no pressure from him at all to hurry up and choose. The whole experience from choosing to collecting has been lovely and I would definitely recommend this branch. The staff in this branch are very friendly and knowledgeable and make you welcome. My wife bought me a birthday present of bracelet some weeks later on my birthday the clasp on the thing keeps opening when it was taken back to the shop she was told after they had it in the shop for 5 weeks. Because I had worn it they would not give a credit or replace it (my wife bought it as a surprise present so I could not try it on,) now we are stuck with a thing that's no good to us. They say its because my wrist is to thick.

Went in to get my rings cleaned, staff were lovely and attentive, was given a seat, free cocktail and cupcake, rings checked and cleaned. Staff chatted away, exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and won?t hesitate to be back again. Carol and Rebekah and everyone else was incredible

Got my engagement ring from here and unfortunately one of the claws broke, it could not be fixed and they no longer sold that ring in the company therefore they would have had to make me a new one specially for me or I got the option to chose a different one. Myself and my partner went in and tried a few on and I chose a different ring. Absolute amazing customer service from the Stirling store Karen and Tracey were both amazing and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again

Trainee manager Carol should be a manager by now. Great service, great selling technique and very knowledgeable. Carpets need replaced but otherwise, store seemed to be kept in as good a condition as possible

Came into the shop just asking for advice about ring sizing. Despite the staff knowing I didn?t want to buy anything, they were extremely helpful especially after receiving shocking service at another jewellers in the centre! Couldn?t fault the service :)
