Had my daughter ear piercing to days later she had to go to hospital she had to have them out and one of them was sick in her ear and on top of that shes he's a really bad infection I think its unbelievable the doctor said they were not done

Just spoke with Christine the store manager in Stirling. What a lovely lady, so helpful and pleasant. I spoke to about 20 different branches today trying to source a specific toy for my niece. Christine was one of only two people I spoke with that took my name and number as there was deliveries being made today. Sadly, we cannot get the item yet but Christine said she would be back in touch if the stock arrived. Brilliant customer service.

took my daughter back to get her ear redone as it fell out before Xmas and went in this morning and all the staff on the floor were outstanding toward my daughter as she has additional needs they works so well with her and let my daughter walk around the shop at her leisure gave her a wee basket to put her shopping in the one of the staff members took the time to she what she had and before I knew it kara had her ear pierced and she was so chuffed with her self I can not thank u all so much
