Just dropped off a big bag of clothes and I'm actually in shock at the way I was just treated. I had my baby in a pram and came to the desk to drop the bag and I wasn't even acknowledged. It was very obvious I was struggling as the bag was so heavy. I then said ' excuse me, can I just drop this stuff off". The lady grabbed the bag off me, and then dumped it and shouted ' for God sake man'. No thank you and didn't even ask for my details for the tax thing. I'm actually disgusted.
