I initially reviewed this store as being 5 stars and praised our sales person Maria after our purchase in Oct last year, little did i know it was all pointless !! we ordered a suite from Maria, having looked at it months before and the sales process was fine she was very helpful adding discounts here and discounts there so to us we got a great deal. After getting home that evening i realised i had requested the electrics on the wrong sofa so called first thing the next day, Maria was busy and i dealt with the store manager who advised me that i was lucky as she was just away to put the order through and would change the electrics around from the 2 to the 3 seater. Fast forward 3 months and my new suite arrives and the electrics are on the wrong sofa. I called the store and spoke to Maria who after a bit of back and forth advised that basically it was tough i would have to live with it, she was rude made out i was at fault even though her manager said she would get that changed round for me no issues rude and quite frankly couldnt care less now she got her sale ! Its a shame as everyone else i have spoken to in that store were nice, albeit before you place an order, perhaps they will have the same attitude after you purchase from them
