So pleased I started going to these classes. There?s a good variety of styles and the staff are all friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I?ve tried many classes throughout the years and these ones are by far the best. Great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone, newbies and well seasoned yogis ? the introductory offer is brilliant.

I had my first TRX class tonight and it was excellent , Helen is a first class instructor and I was made to feel most welcome,there is an excellent vibe to the classes and instruction , I can't wait for next class and it'll be my first choice every time ,????

The heat Fitness Team have created a unique community feel to exercise! Whether I'm in the hot box or doing TRX the team are there supporting you every step of the way. I joined the studio back in February and it is the best decision I've made this year! Pushing out of your comfort zone can be so overwhelmingly difficult but thanks to that intro offer you'd be mad not to give it a go!

Classes and teaches are amazing. The best place to be for good advice and a challenging work-out. Everyone is friendly and relaxed, and from all walks of life. Doesn't matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will fit right in here.
