Just wanted to thank Paul snf the team at Gallagher Jewellers for their excellent service. I needed a diamond replacing in a ring and they quoted a very fair price which included renewing the claws and relishing the Colombian emerald. My ring looks fantastic again and was returned very quickly. They also cleaned a pink sapphire ring which was looking very dull snf this also looks like new. Thank you so much I will certainly use your services again.

Hi visited last week & excellent service from Alison. She was very knowledgeable & gave me honest advice & she quickly knew what I was looking for. I felt heard & really connected with her. I was able to have my ring bought buy yourselves which was great & I left feeling absolutely over the moon. My Daughter didn't like it the next day but she quickly came round to it. Alison said try it over the weekend & if it needs sized just need to pop in. Have used Ian Gallacher many times before & would certainly say they are in my opinion a cut above the rest of the high street jewellers...Thank you for excellent service especially from Alison a truly lovely lady..?

Having bought a ring from here before, we returned on Friday 12/5/23 to purchase another one.The staff were lovely, Megan and Lyndsay were so helpful.I knew I wanted a trilogy ring as memory to my dad who we lost in 2016 my mum who we lost in 2022 and my young brother who who we lost the same year to cancer.There was no pressure at all and gave me as much time as I needed to make my choice.I ended up choosing a lovely oval centre stone with pear shape on either side.Absolutely delighted with my choice helped by the lovely staff.Would highly recommend a visit,the choice and variation in prices is unbelievable.

Put a watch in for a new battery went to collect the watch was told they couldn't get the back off but was not told about they have put large scratches and dents on the side and back of the watch case. Shocking service would highly not recommend Ian Gallacher Jewlers

I took my mum's diamond earrings, eternity ring and my grans wedding ring to Ian Gallacher and asked could they melt down the rings and make me a white gold ring with the diamonds. They were wonderful helped me decided what I wanted and made it in just over 2 weeks. The ring is stunning thankyou so much for making this such a special ring for me means so much.

My Fiance purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from here, they worked very hard on getting the ring resized to my ring size quickly and then after I manged to damage my ring (because I am very clumsy) they were able to fix it straight away. Perfect customer service and I cant wait to go in to choose our wedding rings!
