Popped in for a late lunch. Drinks were served quickly but I was told to wait at the counter for my food however they didn't tell the server that so by the time he was eventually told I was waiting at the counter the food was delivered lukewarm - at one point he was going to bin the foodWheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access

Marks & Spencer need to look after their overworked employees. Always short staffed but miracles are expected from whoever is on duty and Marks and Spencer do not seem to appreciate or care about them . Treat your staff with more respect , this does not reflect well on your brand. Most importantly, kindness goes a long way.

We sat for 20 minutes waiting on a toastie and ciabatta!! Tea and coffee would have been cold, so we had that, toastie arrived followed by ciabatta another 10 mins later!! Was the quietest I have ever seen the cafe, perhaps this suggest why

Fresh food, well packed and quick service.Parking: Multi storey for 500 cars, not sure if they had to pay or not.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access at entrance but rather tight going round the counter however I did see Staff help someone get their food.

Nice cafe. But?. Six staff took 16 minutes to produce a flat white coffee whilst gossiping, cleaning, reading mobiles and in one case just standing vacantly. No apology. Service counter is filthy, hasn?t been cleaned for weeks. Most empty tables have used crocks on them. Where is the M&S management?!

Can't thank Nicola enough for swooping in like an angel on my rough day. I had just spilled a whole comforting chai latte I'd been craving. She would not let me touch any of the mess. Sweetly insisted I sat and enjoyed a lovely fresh cup full of the much needed pick me up. M&S she does you proud!! Definitely deserves a pay rise!! ? Especially since it is sooo busy in here and she us managing it with such kindness.

And thats why M&S are Second to none on today s visit, I struggled to find somewhere to cater for Gluten Free after walking the lemghth of the shopping centre. Delighted to also fond Glutem Free fruit scone on offer whilst waiting in the que aswell as Tomato and Basil soup opt served with ab Individually wrapped Bread roll. I had a baked potato with Tuna Sweetcorn served woth a lovely salad and drizzle of dressing to complement the potato. Thoroughly enjoyed the Freshness of the fluffy potato and the greatness of the Tuna. The Staff serving at the till point were Jolly and helpful having patience to understand whilst talking wearing mask. Teach and trace details also taken before leaving the till point. They are Definatley.ontop of the Cleanliness one lady dedicated to thoroughly cleaning the table and seating after every visit aswell as clearing all dishes away. The Staff here are a Credit to M&S Thamkyou for a most enjoying and filling visit see you real soon X
