Could not collect click and collect purchase day as they decided to change their opening hours on one random day but figured the mugs who had ordered collections would not mind a 20 mile round trip to find the shop locked up. At least 2 others showed up and left disappointed.This was my 2nd order having decided to give Majestic a try.Complained. Customer services advised they had contacted the shop to ask what they could do about wasted trip. Clearly got no response so told then to cancel order.Potential regular customer lost

I've been in a few times and the staff have been really friendly and helpful. I know absolutely nothing about wine apart from their colours and was apprehensive about going into an actual wine shop (thought I'd be laughed out the shop, lol). But, as I said, the staff are very nice, informative, listen to what I think and like and have now suggested 3 wines that I have been perfect for me. 5 star all around.

Great collection of wine and spirit. Friendly staffs to help you out. I wanted to buy some sweet wine for someone, and they helped me to find it and was good choice.

Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. When I asked about particular wines and grapes they were able to provide me options immediately. Great service and a great customer experience.
