I would normally be very positive about the Jintz Express cafe/ post office facility, but on this occasion, I am not a happy bunny. I ordered goods from Amazon and was informed, this morning - 6/01/23, that my parcel was delivered to the aforementioned premises. A great Post Office and very lucky to have one of such high quality in Bannockburn. The staff are very friendly, efficient, professional and go over and above to deliver a great service. Thanks for all that you do for us and for keeping going during the COVID pandemic!

Old post office was amazing, staff would accept my business parcels, they where helpful and all knew me. I ship 150+ parcels a week and the staff at the old post office where the reason i kept using the post office to post my parcels. The new post office inside Jintz Express is awful - they no longer accept my business... read full comment
