Worst customer service I have ever experienced-couldn't believe it came from the Manager.\\n\\nI have never shopped in Quiz before and this was my first experience. I went in on 31/03/2023 and politely asked if I could get two different sizes of shoes for two different styles of shoe that were in the sale. I was taken aback by Phyllis the manager's attitude. She was extremely patronising and demeaning, talking to me as I was stupid and a child. She repeatedly questioned why I am asking for different sizes not just asking for \\\"the one size that fits me\\\". I felt very uncomfortable and didn't understand where she was coming from that warranted such an aggressive attitude. I explained that I just wanted to try on those sizes in the different styles as my feet fit differently to different styes of shoe. I thought it would be easier to go and get a few different sizes at once than to repeatedly go back for more.\\n\\nShe made me feel like it was my fault that she had to do so much work to go into the back and find the different sizes/shoes. Her attitude was passive aggressive, argumentative and out of order for a simple polite request.\\nOther customers came to me with support saying they don't understand why she was making such a big deal.\\n\\nWhen explaining that I was unhappy with the way I was treated and that I felt demeaned by her, she question why and again aggressively made it out to be because I didn't understand about shoe sizes. No apology or apologetic attitude.\\n\\nI just asked for shoes sizes to try on, didn't think it needed to be a big deal.\\nAssistant Manager, Diane, was very lovely and should definitely become the new manager.\\nVery disappointed and won't be going back.

Seems to be a recurring theme from the 'manager' Phyllis, terrible customer service seems to be her forte. My daughter wanted to try on shoes with her dress in one of the changing booths to see if they worked together, she was met with a whole load of attitude and only allowed to do so as "the shop is not busy".Senior management at Quiz should take stock if this is the manner in which staff should be representing their brand at the Stirling Branch. Appalling customer service!!!

Went in on the 07/01/23, one of the employees who?s name tag I saw as Phyllis was blocking one of the aisles by the discounted clothes rail, I stood there for a few seconds and she didn?t move. No issue there so I asked her very politely ?hi sorry could I just get past? she looks at me with the most deadpan face, steps off the stool she was on, moves it and looks back at me with a dirty look without saying a word. I work in retail I?m aware that?s not good customer service, this will make customers feel uncomfortable as it did me. I was only trying to get past, didn?t think it was that big of a deal. :)

I bought a lovely dress there today. Great selection of dressy party and some work-clothes. I had help to look for a few options, the women in there were lovely and helped me find the perfect dress after a day of struggling all day long to find the right dress.
