I went in to get a quick change of clothes for an event I had that night. My usual go to from Slaters is jeans and a hoodie or zip up but this event was more formal. I was unsure what kind of shirt I needed as the choice was massive. Logan came to my rescue, he was very professional and took what I said on board and pointed me to dress shirts, measured me and got a shirt in the chosen colour. I was unsure if it was what I wanted so I said to Logan "let's be serious, I'm fat, will this suit me?" Logan in the most respectful way guided me to a better suited shirt and got me to try it on. It was a great fit, suited me very well and gave a good confidence boost. A very nice guy with a great demeanor but honest. From a sales point of view, he got a sale, from a customer point of view, I got the exact shirt I didn't know I wanted and a new favourite shirt.Also worth noting, I hate trying clothes on in store and usually just throw them in the cupboard if they don't fit. Logan had me that at ease I jumped into.the changing room without hesitation and only realised once I was at the till?

Dont uses Slaters very often but when I do the service from everyone is absolutely the best, the attention to detail is fab Came for a shirt for a wedding and regardless of the amount spent I felt important from the salesperson to the lady at he till the service is great

Service was brilliant. Young lady (Hayley) was fantastic and knowledgeable. Guided me through all options. Went in for 3 piece suit and ended up with shirt .belt and cufflinks.. no pressure at any stage. Extremely well priced and great quality. Definitely would recommend and I will be back.

In store to collect suit ordered on Monday.Back today to pick up after alteration. Alteration not just right but staff would not let me leave till perfect. Absolutely brilliant service. Great customer care. Will always shop here.

Was in today dealing with Martin. Was only purchasing a cheap suit for an event but was shown the same care and time as I had been when buying much more expensive suits from the same store. To me this is what makes somewhere like Slaters worth the visit rather than ordering something online. Martin took the time to measure for adjustments and even gave me different options with the suit. He wasn't rushing me and was happy for some chit chat. 100% customer satisfaction was what he wanted and what he got. Can't wait to pick it up next week as it's always a nice experience in the store.

I went in looking for a jacket for my son and came out with jacket, trousers and shirt! The guy who helped us was very helpful and after a quick measure, picked out a perfect fitting jacket and trousers set, couldnt be happier with the experience, I am going to go back soon to get a new suit for myself now!
