I worked in the car trade for 10 years with various large garages, and I have to say that these guys are hands down the best. Always honest and friendly, their work is always done right and they do not over charge, highly recommend, they have now been servicing and maintaining my car for 4 years and their level of service is consistent, which is a rare experience in over garages

My step dad and I have trusted our cars with Springkerse Auto Centre for years. They are by far the most genuine, knowledgeable and trustworthy garage I have ever used. They are very fairly priced and work hard to get your car back to you as soon as possible.On every occasion I have taken my car to Springkerse it has been diagnosed, fixed and road safe in no time at all. The staff are so friendly and approachable. They take the time to explain what work/repair they advise and why.Having had unexperienced cowboys leave my car dangerous and unsafe in the past at a well known dealership, my trust in garages was broken. Springkerse Auto Centre has not only restored my trust in genuine, independent garages, but restored my faith in humans!In my past experiences with other garages in this day and age, the technicians can diagnose electronic issues and not much else. The mechanics at this garage clearly have a deep understanding and wealth of experience regarding the mechanical and electronic aspects of cars.Cannot recommend Springkerse Auto Centre enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Awful!!!!Had my van there, four weekends in a row for a handbrake repair. 1st weekend, they didn't (have time??) 2nd weekend, removed cable, 3rd weekend realised it was wrong part, 4th weekend, cut out a section of my van inside to gain access as couldn't be bothered to remove parts to gain access. Finally finished it and now I have a hole underneath my passenger seat. Brilliant!!My wife put her car down to have a sensor replaced the other weekend, left on Saturday morning, picked up again Monday after work, nothing done except the plastic wheel arch at the back where sensors are has been snapped off to gain access and all plastic clips to reattach have been removed and lost and plastic wheel arch/mud flap left loose shaking about leaving even more warning lights now flashing.They tell her we'll be in touch when the part arrives, but nothing after 3 weeks. Complete waste of our time and money. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear. Only interested in taking our money!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance
