Wanting to buy a new TV I checked availability to collect in store as I was paying with cash. So of I trot to make my purchase only to let down when checking on in store computer OUT OF STOCK in bright red letters. You might think that bad enough when I got home again I once more checked on line and you've guested it TV was available for in store collection. Argos like many stores don't want to be bothered with old fashioned transactions like cash.

The staff at Straiton store were absolutely lovely people no rushing you don't know how to register took their time spoke to me as a human being I am elderly not liking technology just a wonderfull experience a big thank you . blessings x

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely fantastic service.I am sorry I do not know the names of the 2 guys who served me (it took over an hour to find my FT number as my phone died.) but they did not give up. they went over and above. If management by any chance read this, I was in at 7pm on Thursday 25/08/22. Huge gold stars to your staff.

Bought what I thought was a brand new Nintendo switch for an Xmas present when opening on Xmas day item was not only not packaged properly inside box but it had 3 people's accounts and other games loaded so wasn't new and was also faulty. Absolutely disgusted awaiting store to open to return

No complaints really. Staff are friendly. They have only some of the shopping selection screens available for distancing. One way system in place.

Took a faulty item back the same day it was purchased. Manager refused to accept as faulty (an another store confirmed it was the following day). Practically threw us (and other customers) out the shop 5minutes before closing. Tried phoning before and no-one answers, their customer service can't even get a response when they call. Some staff are nice however their manager Mary I found to be very rude, arrogant and obnoxious. Will not return and go to Fort Kinnaird branch who are friendly, professional and very helpful (and have better stock too).

Bought and paid online. Collected in minutes and on my way. Click and collect def the way to go with Argos.Staff friendly and welcoming, easy parking and you can pick up shopping in Sainsbury's before or after you collect!

Tooo sloooww for 5 stars, slow electronic catalogue, slow pay machines, slow product pick, slow to finally give it from the rack. Difficult to park here as well. Still, I like the range if products and prices mostly. Wonder what impact opening an Argos in the local Sainsburys will be.
