Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.We have had a bad experience in an other carpet shop so we were apprehensive but we were immediately put at ease by Barry?s professional approach and knowledge.The estimater came out to us within days to measure up . He was also extremely professional .We are very happy and would highly recommend this store for service , quality and a very good value for money.

Just visited Carpetright at Straiton I?m Edinburgh and was served by a lovely salesman called Thomas. I had already picked my carpet, but he helped me understand the size that I needed, and he made buying the carpet really easy. It was a very smooth process and he really made it a pleasant visit to the store. I was even given a fitting date there and then. I?ve never had that before. I?d have no hesitation in recommending the Carpetright and I?ll definitely be back. I?m looking forward to getting the carpet fitted now.
