“Absolutely great service today from Paula. She was very welcoming offering us a hot drink, and taking me through the process of using the machine to make sure I got the right mattress for my needs. Paula also spent a lot of time explaining all the different types of mattress. Then once I chose one she helped with selecting a base. Overall I’m delighted with the service and with the very friendly Paula.”

“I have ordered online some duvet covers which are very lovely and cheap because these were on sale. We went to the store in Straiton and getting my order is easy. Bought other item too like the mini fan. Dunelm is a very nice store to shop with lots of things that are used in the house plus lots of parking in front of the store.”
