“disapointed in service . young man refused to pack my own bag. then after took my money came round beside me , felt like he was feert i lifted more than i purchased . i then felt rushed and dropped 1 item on floor again he didnt offer to lift it to help me, no be allowed to do that either .covid has certainly changed people.this was 5.20 pm. never felt like this in shop before . usually helpful staff . the younger generation certainly work different to us oldies”
