I purchased my Car from this branch and had it transferred 200+ miles to my closest branch. My entire experience was dealt with by Andrew who I have to say Is an absolute credit to your branch and the company! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble! I received multiple video walkrounds detailing the car and I was kept up to date with phone calls and messages on the progress of the transfer. Anytime I had a question or quiery about the car or the purchase, it was all dealt with by Andrew personally, and the experience was completely tailored for me. It has to be the best customer experience I've ever had. And even now the aftercare is being dealt with by Andrew over 200miles away because he treats his customers with the utmost respect and importance. Thank you Andrew!

Booked my car in for its MOT, and for them to check my air conditioning as making a loud whistling noise in whenever used so think the gas might need topped up which I stated on the phone when booking it in. First off I only booked this branch as was a ford branch and I own a ford car so you think they would store/ have the parts to fix things right? Wrong!! Got a phone call to which they stated they don?t the MOT all fine but some advisories about my brakes and tyres, when they done the diagnostic test it shows it requires a service and an oil change when this was only done in august (6months) ago. And that the aircon needed the gas topped up/ regased. BUT they don?t store the gas my car (ford) requires. Came off the phone fuming as I don?t live local to strathaven and only went there as a ford branch and so it would actually get fixed. Headed over to the branch at 4:45 to collect my car as had no phone call yet to even say it was ready which it was! For them to say they are processing the paperwork the now and would have called me shortly. But because I don?t even stay near strathaven and needed to organise a lift to get back over there it would have been closed by the time I managed to get there. Then would have been left without a car! No video or correspondence from the branch with regards to my MOT or and service that was done on the car. And when I got back in and checked the mileage as took a picture when dropped it off and they had added 10 miles onto my car so where the hell were they driving it to or doing with it!!? Just completely annoyed, frustrated and angry and not just the fact my car couldn?t get fixed but the service given also. Would avoid at all costs and going elsewhere in future. Got the branch managers email address which I will be putting in a formal complaint and to their customer services department as absolutely flabbergasted at how I?ve been treated and handled today and now I need to go elsewhere anyways to pay someone else to look at it and be able to actually fix it. So thanks Arnold Clark for absolutely nothing!!

First visit to this branch and traveled purposefully to visit a Ford dealer.Booked in for an aircon issue, for them to diagnose it needs an aircon service that they can?t do as they don?t keep the gas required. There only is 2 types of AC gas used in the automotive industry!Claimed the rear tyres had low tread when they both have about 4mm across the tread.No phone call to tell us the car was ready so we just travelled in before they closed, although they were quick to phone if they wanted to carry out additional work.Car also gained 10 miles on the odometer at my expense.

Dealt with the sales team on two separate occasions and was left disappointed on both occasions. None of the staff went out their way to give us a good deal or make our experience a pleasurable one. My most recent experience with Steven was less than inspiring. He was rude and dismissive and acted like he didn?t want our money. I have since taken my business elsewhere and received much better service from another Arnold Clark branch. If you continue to treat customers like you do, I can?t imagine the branch will last very long.

The staff at this centre really are excellent. Almost bought there tonight but the car was sold elsewhere as I was looking at this. Not the centres fault. They couldn't have done more for me.

Excellent customer service shown at this branch from Paul Quin who was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. My new car exceeded my expectations and I am over the moon with it. The General Manager David Sim also personally came out to thank me for purchasing the car from his branch and had a nice chat with us - which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend Arnold Clark Strathaven Ford for your next car purchase!

Very good and professional for sales and service . I have experienced both. My car is always washed and vacuumed, and work on car is good. Sales also is good, and I always get what I`m looking for with no pressure. They go there extra mile to give you what you want.

White Citroen C4 Cactus.I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Q when purchasing the above mentioned car and can't thank and praise him enough.As I'm some 500+ miles away it was all done via phone calls and emails, despite this Paul manage to make the whole process effortless and me feel valued at the same time.When it's time for my next car my first stop will be Paul at Strathaven.

Would have marked down as lower if I could have.Dave - General Manager - Where to start! Called to explain I have had 4 mechanical faults with the car in 10 month and feel the car is not fit for purpose! I suggested handing the car back and getting an alternative vehicle. One I can rely on for getting to work and back! Was told this is not an option, I will need to keep sending in for repair as its under warranty, which I paid extra for..AVOID THIS GARAGE FOR A CAR! (customer service is shocking)I picked the car up and drove half way home on A1 and the car went in to limp mode. No mechanical prechecks made on this car which is outrages.
