I received such genuinely friendly help. Many businesses could learn a thing or two from this gentleman's shop... Provide excellent service... and do it far better than any of the chains. From initial telephone enquiry to shop visit, a pleasure.

This is a shop that sells some handbags and back packs etc. They also reheal shoes and cut keys. The shop is small but the service is good. I went in to get a key cut and they did it as i waited it has gone up in price but so has everything else so still reasonable in comparison. The staff were friendly and effiecient and it was easy to get in and out of the shop.
