“The first review here is from 2019 when the shop was owned and run by Brenda and Wallace Stevenson. The second part is reviewing since December 2021 when Willis pharmacy bought the place over.Wallace and his staff are friendly, respectful and discreet.They will always go that extra mile, I Can’t recommend them enough. I for one am so thankful for what they have done and are doing for me while always treating me with the upmost respect .*EDIT* Now Willis pharmacy since December 2021The pharmacy is now owned by Willis pharmacies who also have one in temple hill and other ones in Glasgow and other areas. Sadly Wallace and Brenda retired in December of 2021 and Willis took over, firstly thanks to Brenda and Wallace for the many years of fantastic service. At first the waiting time and other stuff was quite poor when Willis took over but they took over in the middle of a pandemic so they had so much to deal with and honestly within a month tops they had made the changes to the layout computer system and staff that they needed to and the service is top class , every bit as good as Wallace and Brenda and that’s high praise. The staff who worked there before and stayed on out front and in the back are as friendly and helpful as ever and the new staff have all settled in and are genuinely very kind .i use them quite a lot due to a chronic problem and honestly they always make the best effort to help , they never just say no. Thank you to all the staff for keeping the place running just as good.”
