Shop staff not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. Delivery Team were courteous and offered to put on shoe protectors and placed bed and mattress upstairs in the bedroom where we wanted it.

Went in 3 weeks ago and was dealt with straight away and bought a wooden frame bed at a great deal and got delivered yesterday and only took 3 hours to build

Bought a bed 2+ years ago. Experienced a back pain initially but ignored it. 90 days return period got over as we got used to the discomfort and forgot about the replacement. After almost 2 years we started feeling the springs in our back resulting in a very bad back pain. Had to buy a mattress topper to get some relief. Before disposing off the mattress tried dropping an email to the customer care team and they agreed to replace it under comfort guarantee scheme. Got a new hybrid one delivered with only 10% of the cost. This was my best experience ever buying a consumer product. Highly recommended place and will come back again when I need a new one.
