My husband, myself and my baby went to the SCS in Birkenshaw industrial estate on 8/11/2023 and were met by three of the rudest people ever! One was slurping on noodles on the shop floor, the other two were deep in conversation! When I had the audacity to sit down on one of the recliners and try and recline it, one lady snapped at me to tell me I was pressing the wrong button, then repeated ?you?re still pressing the wrong button? then huffed and walked over to press the right one and then walked back over to her colleagues and shouted ? you can put it back down yourself? im sorry, was I in the way of you DOING YOUR JOB? I then told them I would no longer waste their time to which same cheeky lady responded ? well we?re here till 7 anyway so it doesn?t matter? ?? ok then! Well I?ll get out your hair and let you get back to wasting company time and money talking to eachother and not conversing with customers! Took our money to DFS, bought a couch and felt better for it, honestly couldn?t have done more for you in there, almost like they like affording things and know NOT to bite the hand that?s feeds them ? AVOID AVOID AVOID

My sofa was supposed to be delivered today 19/8/23 however SCS decided to cancel my delivery without communicating this cancellation to myself. I only found out that they had cancelled the delivery after i called to find out why the sofa was not showing for delivery in the track my order link. I had a heart attack on Mon 14/8/23 and was hospitalised for 4 days, only managed to get discharged yesterday 18/8/23 in time for my new sofa to be delivered. I struggled last night to get the living room cleared for the delivery but managed with help. I now have nothing to sit on in my living room and as people can appreciate is not ideal when recovering from a heart attack. all this was communicated to SCS call centre today 19/8/23 and all they could say was they did not know why the delivery had been cancelled and give me a new proposed date of delivery for the 28th. This has been an absolute disaster as having to deal with this added stress is not what i needed at this time. I now have to try and arrange something temporarily to sit on to convalesce after a very serious life threatening medical event.I really have never felt so let down and disappointed by a company ever.

Totally disgusted with SCS insurers we bought a 3 piece suite 2 years ago paid for apparently 5 star warranty covering everything the suite is only 2 years old made a claim 2 weeks ago leather fading badly should be grey it's white claim refusedrefused

Do not touch this company. There after care and customer service is non existant. God forbid you have anything wrong with your furniture, they will not listen. They send out a so called specialist to take pictures of your furniture only to tell you there is nothing wrong. DO NOT TOUCH THEM

We enjoyed our visit to SCS Lucille was a great help in choosing our new sofa. She explained everything we needed to know. We would recommend a visit to the store if you need new furniture.

Waiting 6 and a half months on my new sofa lied to regarding delivery and cond into paying my balance, only to be told that it will be delayed until 17/06/22 at their warehouse that?s not delivered to us yet we purchased the sofa on the 02/01/22. I would recommend going elsewhere for a sofa.never will I use SCS again.

Great service and very helpful staff. They don't pester you on arrival which is fab (edited due to very disappointed customer).However proposed date for delivery has been delayed 5 times. I am now being told delivery 13th June!!!. Very disappointing and really angry as original date given was 22nd April. I understand this was now estimated but I ordered this January 10th!!!. Tried to contact customer service and requested call back from Birkenshaw Uddingston branch. Still waiting!!!
