First time I have had gel nails and won?t be the last ! From the first meeting with Rachel , she was so welcoming and her salon is lovely. She gave me loads of options of shades of polish to choose from and it was so relaxing. As a nail biter for many years I won?t be biting these beautiful nails any time soon !! As a regular client at Beautylicious I always get my brows done by Rachel as she knows the shape I like. Unable to get an appointment with Rachel, I got the HD brows treatment done by Caitlin and was really happy with the results. Caitlin was friendly and chatty and did a great job sorting out my brows, so chuffed with the finished shape. Will be going back again as both Rachel and Caitlin give fantastic results.

Rachel is always really friendly and welcoming, and most of all, does an amazing job on my lashes every time. Always ensures that I?m happy with them or asks if I want anything done differently. Would definitely recommend!

Poor management very rude. If existing customer they are happy to take your money but customer experience is very poor. Staff lead by an owner who is not concerned about her customer experience. Dont bother buying vouchers as they will not be honoured if the owner falls out with the member of staff who you are booked with which happened to me . When trying to get owner to honour voucher i was asked to find another salon and my vouchers were deleted from the Beautilious system. Loyalty points system is not honoured either. I had a booking for a stylist to use a voucher. The owner fell out with stylist and then would not honour the voucher for my service. I had £100 points and £50 voucher and £15 voucher. The owner was so rude she said disclosed personal information to her friends and wiped my account history. This is a clear breech of Data protection law The owner said if i want my money back to take her on Judge Rinder !!!! Really this is meant to be a credible business woman . I think if you have loyal customers , respect them dont ask them to find another salon. My experience in Sax hair and beauty is far superior to that experienced at " Beautylious" If i could give 0 stars for the experience and rudeness of the owner i would. I think a course in customer relations is needed for this pretend "Princess" owner. The case is now with Trading standards office. I am sure they will piont out all the laws clearly broken on vouchers, data protection and mis representing the loyalty point system to regular customers.
