This is my local Asda supermarket, it has everything you need from grocery, electronics and clothing. The car park is a good size and has lots of disabled and parent and child parking available close to main entrance, there is also a shelter runner that runs through the car park for those Rainey days.Hardly and long queue for checkout. It has self service and also scan&go which is really fast and easy to use.

Like all Asda?s they cater for the local demographic. It has a cash machine, toilets, disabled parking, no cafe, cloths and of course food. They sell lots of alcohol and chocolate goodies. Outside there is lots of parking and 24 hour petrol and diesel self service fuel station. The shop is on one level and does offer click and collect.

Most of the products on this Asda store are near to expiry dates including Milk and food are sold here because people of the Morningside area have no other choice as there is no other store here. It?s a kind of company outlet which has all of the left over stock been sold.

First time I?ve used click & collect in Asda and I wasn?t impressed . Three of the items I had bought were in poor condition, mouldy or starting to go off . Not good enough Asda !

Like most stores it is very noticeable that variety of stock items has diminished!

Don't forget to make sure your mrs scan your bag for life (I was away getting juice, thought she'd scanned it before the shopping) wee lassie at the self serve gets real upset, made me walk back at a busy time to contactless my card for a 30p bag. That's true customer service.Absolutely appauled and embarrassed to be called out like that Infront of customers by the so called "customer service representative" at the self serve.. especially when did she not ask to see if I had paid for the bag or anything, the only interaction I got was "has that bag been scanned" to which I said I don't know I wasn't here, I attempted to look at the machine to see if it had been scanned but after a long day I wasn't fussed about finding a 30p bag to amuse her.Was in to much of a hurry to get a manager at the time but this will do, just as public as the embarrassment she gave me and my Mrs.Absolutely appalling customer service.

Shelves always empty, they rarely restock items forcing you to buy the more expensive options. Always check your use buy dates here as I have found items on the shelves that are over a week past it.

Asda in their wisdom removed 3 disabled parking bays close to the store entrance in order to ?build? a bottle exchange unit . Building not yet complete but this is already redundant as government policy has changed. Just remove this structure and give us our disabled spaces back . The new ones you created on the other side of the zebra crossing were never adequate replacements.
