Always helpful, not so much I have had to review this. I had the wrong medication for over 3 months always takes at least 45 minutes then I have to give the pack back as it's wrong only to return a week later the blister pack is still wrong I have an extra mystery pill for the next 3 weeks this month and thats after it's been fixed. I was spoken to like I was a 3 year old child, she read the instruction on one of my meds out loud and slow, pointing to follow the words. The month before a different person high lighted the 4 blister packs. Very disrespectful as this pack was also wrong. Just do your job and get the meds correct as I will have to return again with the mystery drug. I will have to wait at least an hour while you fix the packs !! 3rd time luck this month ? Blister packs are designed so people take the correct meds at the correct time and day. And why are you questioning a prescription I was given by my GP.

ETA: will email the owner to provide further clarification.In the interest of fairness and transparency I'm updating this review to 5 stars.Following speaking with the owner and providing further information I am now content with the state of play.He listened and took on-board my position regarding the issues raised and credit where it's due they are now resolved.I was not asked to revise my previous review.

Used to offer a great service but fed up with prescription having to be ordered even though I order early and never in stock, told to come back in a couple of days, only to be told they have to order it in, back again days later to be told the same thing. It happens every month. I also can have GP surgery sending prescription to Deans only to be told by Deans they don't have it then I have to go back and forth between GP and Deans. I've had enough and will be switching to another pharmacy

Ive just started using this chemist and the staff and service are amazing. Always plenty staff on, you hardly wait at all and nothing is too much trouble. Ill never use another chemist other than Deans.

Phone on saturday for repeat prescription told to collect on Wednesday then told they phone on Thursday, never phone,I phone on Friday morning and told no prescription had came from the doctor,had to phone doctors and get prescription done for collection will phone Chemist late afternoon to see if it is there

Service is always excellent, and no long waits! If they don't have your prescription bag ready the most you need to wait is 5 minutes for them to get it sorted. Staff is super helpful and friendly too. I always use this pharmacy even though there's other ones closer to me, because it's simply the best in the area.

Specifically asked for strawberry calpol as I had ran out an daughters temp was sitting at 39.5. bought it an ran out to car to give her it an she's like mum what's with the colour he gave me blooming orange she won't take. They refused point blank to change it cause it was open. Times are hard enough they wouldn't have missed 8.50. then she had cheek to point to the box as it said orange yes I should have checked but my daughter was in car running a high temp a was in a rush but same goes for one who served me he should have checked it was what I asked for. Livid x had to add to this as wouldn't allow me to put another comment up, thanks so much to the owner of the pharmacy who got everything sorted an couldn't have been nicer about it all x
