Massive thank you to the wee wumin who gave me my parcel at the side door 10 mins after closing! I thought I'd missed them completely & it was the last part of my dad's 60th birthday present! Who ever you are, thank you & sorry for swearing! It wasn't directed at you, I'm ran off my feet organising his 60th & was so frustrated at myself! Great customer service ?????

Had an item attempted delivery but I was not in to receive, redelivery can?t happen for 2 more days so now I have to drive by 3 local post offices and travel over 30 minutes each way to collect my item from the ?local depo?. You say you are helping the environment but now I?ve got to go out my way and travel 1 hour round trip in a diesel vehicle. I hope someone from Royal Mail reads this as the big wigs that run the place need to get a grip. If I could give a ZERO STARS I would waste of time!

Got a card through my door saying two parcel were at this department on going there told they couldn't be found guy told me to go online and complain I thought as they only disappeared when they came to this building he would be more helpful I was wrong

The Wishaw branch had different operating times than was posted on line. The times noted on Google where also incorrect. This means two visits to collect an item. One to find out they are closed and the second to collect. When I called Royal Mail to find out details of opening times or to discuss my delivery I was put through to an automated service and when I pressed all the right numbers to be put through to someone the automated service informed me that their phones where closed. I will note that when I did call the second time to collect my item they where quick and efficient. Given the current back drop, an on line up date would be appreciated.

They closed the door at 10 o'clock without any reason, I was late maybe 20 sec. Guy was very helpfull, he did nothing, just read me the open hours.

Opening hours now 7AM - 9AM. This is as useful as a chocolate tea pot. And now no delivery cards are being left so you have to guess when you're going to be able to collect your parcel. Terrible for people without email

What a set up. You have to drive by these enormous trucks. Get there for delivery collection. No parking spaces. Have been trying for 3 weeks now to collect parcel. Card with no tracking , really !!!
