Today I was served by Keith and as a regular customer all I have to say was disappointed.I placed a fair amount order and received it all in a bag. When I returned to the site noticed that 4 items were missing, and one item, a mcalpine bathtrap was ripped open and all the seal was missing. I doubt he didn't notice it when he picked the order.My mistake was to trust in this branch as a regular customer of toolstation I'm shopping there on a daily basis in the past 3 years. From now on will avoid the wishaw branch.

Another great shop in East Kilbride though on this occasion slightly disappointed. My wife ordered a De walt Dab radio saying they had one in stock and paid online only to find on arriving at the shop for colection they didn't have it though another store in wishaw had two. Rather than wait we drove through to wishy and bought both as one was for a gift. normaly there is no problem. Helpfull and knowledgeable staff.will continue to use this buisness Regardless.
