It is next to train station.Restrooms: Lots of restrooms at different locations.Dog-friendliness: Dogs friendly under guard. You have to guard and control your dog.Picnic area: Picnic benches at different areas. Lots of good places to picnic.

I literally have too many frustrations to type out in a review, but to start, I'd advise to avoid the annual membership. You pay for 12 months, but what they don't tell you is you only get access to the park for 10.It is quite apparent that the service has gone completely down the pan these days.I emailed a complaint over in early January, I emailed them again in late January to say I'd still not had the courtesy of a reply and to date still haven't had a response. They're quite happy to get you to sign up to membership (a painful process that took 30 minutes in the shop) and then send you a thank you email (with literally ever link broken in it) - but then that's it, they don't want to know after that.I could go on, but to summarise, we won't be renewing!P.S - The grounds (including playground) are closed until Feb half term. They don't tell you this in any correspondence, on social media, or on Google. It's in some cryptic message on the 'visit us' page on the website.

Nice place to visit would recomend for a nice walk .However the Christmas Market was a letdown expected more stalls and more of a festive atmosphere. Felt like a off-season craft fair

We went to the Western Park Christmas market and were not disappointed. A range of stalls, homemade gifts, alcohol, cheese to name a few. All situated on the beautiful grounds where you can have a wonder. Kids or no kids get yourself on the tiny train and enjoy going through the woodland! ?????
