Don't bother going in for a big shop as the tills are never manned and you have to use the unreliable self service check outs with alarms constantly going off and the staff just walk by.

Never seen in a shop before , such misrable, unhelpful staff , no courtesy what so ever , pushing trollies around expecting you to move , not even a excuse me please , don't even think about asking where something is , face tells you , not to, tills never maned , just long long queue , what about decent customer service , manager

I am a big fan of the Co Op. It'd values are important to me and the food etc is good and excellent value. I had a chat with the person on the till who was friendly.

Quite possibly one of the most unusual and rude man working there. Went in 20 mins before closing and everyone was obviously in a rush to close. I was 10 p short on the self-service till, still with 15 mins to closing, I had put £11 pound in the till already, man came over said "problem?" I explained I would run to my car to fetch the outstanding balance... He didn't respond. So I ran as quick as I could (30 seconds tops) as they were mopping down and the shutters had come down over the window, obviously want to go asap. As I ran back to the door I noticed it didn't open and was now locked . The man I spoke to turned his back and walked down away. Leaving me £11 pound down with no shopping. Haven't been in since until today. Same man was stacking shelves but was obviously supposed in charge of the only maned till at the cigarette counter. I was looking at the fridge without saying anything the employee pushed his trolly in front of my face because he wanted to get to the fridge I was about to get food from. On top of this 2 people were desperatly looking around for someone to serve them as he finished what he was doing went and talked to another member of staff and slowly made his way over to the till in his own snail like pace . I can not tell you a single time that I have seen this man and he is not being rude to someone. Tall, glasses, wispy dark hair

Very clean and tidy, well stocked, staff were very helpful and friendly. Really pleased we found a co-op and lucky for it being this one.

Went in because there was a queue at M&S. No trolley checkouts open, very few staff, expensive for what we wanted, would have probably been cheaper in M&S and better quality. Managed to get overcharged as well, not the best Co-op we've been to.

A lovely modern little shop. The fruit and veg are always displayed well, and there's lots of different crusty fresh breads.
