“This is a great store. Everyone is super friendly and will always do their very best to give any help that's needed. I called in yesterday (Tuesday 29 August) and needed to speak to the Manager about an issue I'd raised previously. I spoke to Saf, who was actually on his first day there. What a credit he to Mark and Spencer's. He was super courteous and attentive to the issue at hand. In fact, before I'd left the store he'd fully resolved the matter. Thank you Saf, I really appreciated how you dealt with this. You really can't beat Mark's for quality food shopping, and it will probably surprise many people to know that many of their prices on everyday items are lower than the big supermarkets.”

“Went to drop off a parcel and asked about hand sanitiser - they apologised for not having any but handed me a bottle of concentrated zoflora disinfectant - I paid a pound for it. What lovely people, and such honesty given these hard times - they are a beacon of social responsibility in these times of stripping shelves bare and profiteering. Thanks a million guys..”

“One of the finest co-ops in bridgnorth. Wonderfully quiet in the late evening....it seems to open quite late. My son commended the superb self service checkout.Too much plastic packaging though.”
“Great if you need to do a little shop. Handy and easy to use. Also good that it opens at 6am. Just beware of the grouchy lady that works first thing, early morning Saturday. if your face fits she will have great customer service, but if it dosnt, you will be met will an expressionless face and one worded grunts, even if you say good morning and are really polite. The rest of the staff are really professional and polite, just this one member of staff lets the team down.”
