I called in yesterday (Tuesday 29 August) and needed to speak to the Manager about an issue I'd raised previously. I spoke to Saf, who was actually on his first day there. What a credit he to Mark and Spencer's. He was super courteous and attentive to the issue at hand. In fact, before I'd left the store he'd fully resolved the matter. Thank you Saf, I really appreciated how you dealt with this. You really can't beat Mark's for quality food shopping, and it will probably surprise many people to know that many of their prices on everyday items are lower than the big supermarkets.”
